There are many diet programs out there promoting how to lose weight without exercising. There may not be anything wrong with the idea provided that the dieter learns to curb his/her appetite and gradually reduce the daily intake of calorie. The problem with this kind of diet is that the person following the diet program is under the assumption that all they have to do is reduce their calorie without doing any kind of physical activity whatsoever.
